You have access to the most specialized hand expertise in the field at MHS. “Fellowship Trained” surgeons are a select few of the brightest residents who spend an additional year after their 5 year medical residency on gaining specialized knowledge and skills. Our fellowship trained surgeons underwent intensive training in diagnosing, treating and performing surgical procedures to specifically address hand conditions.
You can benefit from the more than four decades of combined experience of our occupational therapists in treating hand injuries. They provide the customized adaptive equipment and therapeutic treatment plans that will help you get back to your everyday activities.
You can have piece of mind knowing you’ll get answers about your injury or condition quickly because of our on-site diagnostic equipment. Tests like x-rays are done right in our suite the same day as your appointment. Outpatient surgery at our state-of-the-art facilities saves you the trouble and cost of a hospital admission, and allows you to rest in the comfort of your home the same day as your surgery.
You can take advantage of on-site surgical care as early as the same day of your visit, getting you back to doing the things you love.
“The care provided to my patients at Midwest Hand Surgery (MHS) has been second to none. Even the most complex clinical cases have had outcomes that often exceed expectations. The physicians demonstrate superior clinical and surgical skills and collectively provide compassion and care at its highest standard. Possibly most importantly, I’ve been so impressed with their humility and down-to-earth nature providing wonderful care for each and every patient I’ve referred to MHS. Lastly, I can think of no greater endorsement than entrusting in MHS the treatment of my wife, daughter, and most recently my sister!”
